Please read the information below carefully before ordering, as it explains the full process and my terms & conditions.
 
For international customers that want either a drawing or the drawing and stickers, please message me on my site or email me directly and I will give you a coupon to remove the $15 shipping cost.

🌸 WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
────────────────────
This is a YCH (Your Character Here) chibi commission, meaning:
- You will be placed into a pre-made base
- The pose, expression, and general composition cannot be changed
- You may choose from one of four available poses (A, B, C, or D)
 
These commissions are meant to be fun, cute, and affordable, so they are not fully custom.
 
Final drawing will be sent as a high resolution file via email.
Keychains will be acrylic and epoxy coated on one side, and 1.5” to 2” with a pink clasp.
Stickers will be sent in a pack of 5 and also 1.5” to 2”

🛒 HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the item(s) you want:
   - Custom drawing only  
   - Drawing + stickers  
   - Drawing + keychain  
   - Drawing + stickers + keychain  
 
2. At checkout, leave a note including:
   - Which pose you want (A, B, C, or D)  
   - Which character/person goes with which pose  
 
3. After checkout, email me at: ivyinsidecomms@gmail.com with:
   - Clear reference images of who I am drawing  
     (OCs, fictional characters, or real people are all welcome!)
   - Important details like:
     - Eye color  
     - Hair color/style  
     - Skin tone  
     - Any key features (scars, freckles, glasses, etc.)
 
⚠️ Please keep details reasonable. Nothing that requires redesigning the base of the YCH.
 
Your commission cannot be started until I receive this email with references.

📩 DELIVERY & TIMELINE
────────────────────
- Final digital artwork will be emailed to you, so a valid email is required
- Drawings will be completed by end of day February 13th at the latest
- Merchandise (stickers/keychain) will ship end of February at the earliest

✏️ REVISIONS
────────────────────
- No progress images will be sent unless I have questions for you
- Only very minor revisions are allowed (small color fixes, etc.)
- No major changes, redraws, or pose edits
 
This helps keep commissions affordable and on schedule <3

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing, you agree to the following:
 
• The artwork is for personal use only  
• No commercial/monetary use (no selling, merch, NFTs, prints, etc.)  
• No reproduction or redistribution of the artwork  
• Do not use with AI in any form (training, filters, edits, or datasets)  
• Do not heavily edit or alter the artwork  
• I retain full copyright as the artist  
• I may display the artwork in my portfolio and social media unless you request privacy  
 
No refunds once work has started.
 
I reserve the right to decline any commission request that makes me uncomfortable.
