REFUND POLICY

Please note that all sales are final once an item has been shipped. I do not offer refunds after shipment, as delivery is handled by the postal service and is out of my control once the package leaves my hands.

If you request a refund before your order has shipped, I’m happy to process it! However, please be aware that payment processing fees (charged by the platform I use) will be deducted from the total, as these are non-refundable to me.
